Track 1: Creating a Sustainable Future: Accelerating the Journey to Net Zero
How can you take bold action to deliver on a Net Zero Commitment?
There is a climate crisis across the globe, and it shows no signs of slowing down. According to Salesforce, the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is the most urgent issue facing humanity today. The consequences of global temperatures rising more than 1.5°C are extreme and far-reaching for nature, humans, businesses, and our collective future.
Scientists agree that globally we must reduce emissions by 50% by 2030 and achieve net zero emissions by mid-century to create a more sustainable future. Countries and leading organizations around the world are taking bold action by accelerating their Net Zero commitments.
Track 2: Smart Sustainability: Decarbonization, Green IT, & Energy Costs
Sustainability is a megatrend in the IT sector and organizations around the globe are training their efforts on the data center – an area filled with challenges and opportunities. Consider that more than 80% of value chain CO2 emissions of a storage product are related to its use after it is sold. For organizations charged with taking carbon out of their business, this figure is illustrative of the task at hand. This is not a production issue in isolation, nor just a usage concern – this is a complete lifecycle challenge. And one in which you will have a crucial role to play.
Track 3: Brand Responsibility & Transparency
A sustainable brand is one that has successfully integrated environmental, economic and social issues into its business operations. However, many companies that consider themselves to be sustainable only meet one-third of this definition. According to Stanford Social Innovation ‘’Surveys show that 88 percent of business school students think that learning about social and environmental issues in business is a priority, and 67 percent want to incorporate environmental sustainability into their future jobs.’’
The greatest realization brands must make is that sustainability goes beyond caring for the environment. It involves three major aspects -- environmental, economic and social -- each of which must be taken into consideration for a true sustainability strategy.

The Path to Sustainability: Building Resilience through Technology
Companies are under mounting pressure from regulators, investors, consumers, and employees to progress toward more sustainable and socially responsible business operations — and to demonstrate these measures in a robust and verifiable way. In fact, corporate responsibility and environmental sustainability risks tied as the third highest concerns for organizations, as ranked by large corporations in a 2021 Forrester report.

Bringing Your Sustainability Forward: A Single Point of Collection and Standards for CPGs
The demand to recognize supplier sustainability and retailer sustainability to communicate it to the governing bodies, financial organizations, and eco-friendly consumers continues to grow. Consumer Packaged Goods companies (CPGs) are challenged with balancing growth while taking positive sustainability action and being seen as environmentally focused. Tracking and reporting sustainability data across the globe with all the different standards is not an easy task.
Leading CPG brands are turning to MDM solutions that help bring together all their business data into a digital business hub, to create one source of truth and become more agile in meeting the market needs.
