Institute for Judaic Studies of the Pacific
Northwest is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization funded
by foundation and agency grants, and the generosity
of its supporters.
Recently the Board decided to change from a membership model to one based on focused support. We ask that you either make a General Donation to IJS or a focused donation to one of the Institute's dedicated funds. All or part of your donation may be tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisor. This page shows the funds available
for contributions.
You can charge your contribution to a credit card, via PayPal. Clicking the applicable "Donate" will take you to the PayPal site. There, you can enter the amount you're contributing, as well as (optionally, at the end) any tribute information (in honor of, in memory of, etc.). When you're finished, PayPal will send you back here. (NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account to use this method.) OR If you prefer, you can send a check. A
general donation to the Institute for Judaic
Studies will support and enhance our cultural
and educational programs.
To honor Rabbi
Stampfer's 28 years of service as
executive director of the Institute for
Judaic Studies a new lecture fund was
established in his name. This "Rabbi
Stampfer Lecture Fund" will allow us to
bring a speaker to our community on an
annual basis.
The
Support the Portland Jewish Film
Festival, now in its 20th year. Contributions to
this fund will help cover the cost of movie
rentals as well as provide lower priced tickets
for students and seniors.
